These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the join9 platform ("Platform", "we", "join9") and its users ("Member", "you"). By accessing the join9 website or mobile platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you disagree with any part, you are advised to stop using join9's services.

Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all related accounts will be suspended and bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. join9 reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided. join9 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to join9 immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

join9 currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — mobile wallet supported by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — digital financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet

Transactions through any method other than these are not currently supported.

All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification or additional security checks are required, processing may take a little longer.

3.4 Transaction Conditions

• The account used for withdrawal must be registered in the member's own name.
• join9 reserves the right to hold any transaction until it has been verified.
• If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account once only.
• After a bonus is activated, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• join9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, join9 may cancel the bonus.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members must maintain regular activity to receive and retain VIP tier cashback benefits. join9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

join9 uses technology from recognised game providers to ensure fair play across all games. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Members must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Operating games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Exploiting any error or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Using another member's account or transferring their funds.
• Any form of fraudulent or deceptive transactions.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a network outage, server issue, or any other technical reason, join9 will make every effort to recover the result. Where recovery is not possible, the bet amount will be refunded.

join9 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following conditions apply to sports betting:

• Displayed odds may change at any time; if odds change after a bet is confirmed, the original odds remain in effect.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed while a betting market is closed are not accepted.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or spot-fixing will be considered void.
• join9 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting pattern.

10.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their account at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before account closure. If there is an ongoing dispute involving a bonus, withdrawal may be held until the investigation is complete.

• Loss or damage caused by the member's own negligence.
• Disruption to a game or transaction due to an internet connection outage.
• Interruptions caused by third-party server or technical issues.
